Baby Hair Delights strive to please all customers. In the normal course of business all sales will be final. If you are completely unsatisfied we will be willing to work out a deal where you may chose another item from the shop. You must notify us within 15 days of purchase.
Shipping
We ship almost exclusively USPS first class mail. We use USPS because they have lowest shipping fees, and our customers appreciate us being able to keep shipping charges low.
Your order is almost always processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
USPS shipping time frames are 2-5 business days on average from the time it leaves our facility until the time it reaches you.
We do offer upgraded Priority Mail shipping for an extra fee. USPS Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive from the day we ship your order.
