Baby Kay's Appliques

Baby Kay's has been around for quite a while. We started by doing graphic designs for scrapbooking. Those graphic designs became inspiration for embroidery and applique. With a passion for sewing, quilting, and all things fabric, Baby Kay's began to create digital embroidery designs.

Due to the Digital nature of these files I can not issue a refund. If there are any issues with your files I will be more than happy to help resolves these. I want happy customers!

You will be given a link to download your file as soon as your purchase is complete. If you are not able to download your file at the moment it will also be available under your receipt. You can always redownload your file later if needed.

~*~I got the wrong file or no file!~*~
Uh Oh! Sometimes I make a little mistake and upload the wrong file. Well first you get a free file! Woohoo! Second I will very promptly email the correct file to you. Etsy does not have a way to replace a purchased file at this time so you will need to receive it via email.

~*~Can you do custom designs?~*~
Not yet. At this time I am not able to take custom design requests but am open to new ideas anytime! In the future we hope to have a little more help and will be able to take on the spot digitizing requests.

~*~Will a 4 inch design fit into a 4x4 hoop?~*~
If an item is labeled as 4 inches then it is a true 4 inches and will not fit into a 4x4 hoop. Most of my designs, however, will have 4x4 labeled in the description so you will know a 4x4 size is included.

~*~Formats~*~
All Baby Kay's Appliques are available in xxx, EXP, PES, DST, HUS, VIP, VP3, DST, SEW. If you need ART you can use EXP or PES according to your machine's manual. If you can not find one of the stated formats in a design file please notify me as it may have been accidentally left out and I will correct the file for you.

~*~BIG NO-NO~*~
It is a BIG NO-NO to copy or edit Baby Kay's Appliques in any way for resale. You also may NOT use our photos in your shop without prior permission and if you are given permission all watermarks must remain and can not be covered up or cropped out. If you are caught reselling our designs in any way or using our photo property I can assure you that legal steps will be taken.
