Returns and exchange details
Return policy for full refund
To qualify for a full refund, all merchandise must be returned to Baby Okra Boutique within 7 days (from the date of purchase) and must be in its original shipping condition (i.e., must not be altered, worn, washed) with all original tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons (except in limited circumstances), earrings are non-refundable. Custom clothing purchases are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of your return package within the applicable 7 day period, Baby Okra Boutique will process your refund in the original form of payment within 7 business days. Baby Okra Boutique will notify you via your chosen form of communication (email/phone) when the refund is complete.
Return policy for store credit
All returns after the applicable 7 day period, but within 10 days will be issued store credit only. Store credit remains valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
Please note the size of jewelry/clothing when shopping for these items, as returns for size will not be accepted where the size is listed in the product descriptions.
To qualify for a an exchange, all merchandise must be returned to Baby Okra Boutique within 10 days (from the date of purchase) and must be in its original shipping condition (i.e., must not be altered, worn, washed) with all original tags attached.
Upon receipt of your return package within the applicable 10 day period, Baby Okra Boutique will process your exchange and notify you upon shipment. If an item is out of stock or backordered, Baby Okra Boutique will notify you.
Baby Okra Boutique reserves the right to deny exchanges on returned items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Sale items/Shipping and handling fees/Restocking fees
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Baby Okra Boutique does NOT accept returns on any sale items.
Shipping/Handling charges are not refundable and will be subtracted from refund payments and store credit issued.
Please check your merchandise immediately upon receipt for any damages or incorrect shipments. If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify Baby Okra Boutique within 3 days of your receipt to be eligible for refunds/exchanges/store credit.
For all returns/exchanges/store credit, please contact Baby Okra Boutique at info [!at] babyokra.com to obtain the shipping return address. Package and ship the item (in its original condition) and original invoice to the Baby Okra Boutique shipping return address.
Baby Okra Boutique does not accept responsibility for packages shipped by others. We advise that you insure and track your shipment in the event it is damaged or misplaced.
There is a $1 restocking fee for all returned items. This amount will be subtracted from any refunds or store credit issued.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase to avoid the $4 cancellation fee.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping is one flat fee of either $18 or 23 depending on postal rates for the item and destination. You will be charged only one flat rate regardless of how many items you order. If your actual shipping costs are less than what you paid, Baby Okra Boutique will issue a refund on the excess shipping. All International shipping is via United States Post Office First Class Mail service. The United States Post Office First Class Mail Service does not have tracking information for international shipments.
All Baby Okra Boutique orders are processed based on availability and payment. All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within the indicated time periods.
Custom orders will be processed and shipped after the indicated time period. Baby Okra Boutique will provide notification if an item is not in stock.
In addition to the order confirmation, a shipping confirmation email (containing tracking information - domestic orders) will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday. Baby Okra Boutique will contact customers if the item selected is unavailable.
All orders are shipped via USPS (priority mail for domestic shipping) Mondays through Friday only.
Please note that shipping and delivery times do not include holidays and weekends. Baby Okra Boutique ships to the Continental US, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and international destinations. Baby Okra Boutique does not pay customs/tariffs. All custom and other international duties are the responsibility of the international customer. Please check your international shipment policies for more information.
Please note that though Baby Okra Boutique offers no weekend or holiday delivery, we will issue refunds for missed guaranteed shipments that are not beyond our control. These refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
