The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Items will arrive wrapped in bubble wrap, bagged, and in a bubble mailer for protection. In the case of a damaged item, please convo me so it may be returned for repair or refunded. In cases of excess damage, a refund will be issued. Finding a stray donut's sprinkle may be expected and is not considered damage unless in excess. Items with listings marked Blemished or Clearance are final sale only.
Lost Packages:
If you suspect your order has become lost in the mail, please contact me as well as your local post office. After one week has passed since the expected arrival date, we can resolve whether you would prefer a new item or a refund.
Returns/Exchanges on Non-damaged Goods:
Due to the nature of body jewelry and health/safety issues, I cannont accept returns or exchanges.
Payment
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom items are now located at my website www.babypietattoo.com via individual listings. Any size that is currently in stock has it's own listing with all of your choices right there to pick from. Easy and fun!
RESERVATIONS (for non-custom items):
I can place a reservation on a ready made item listed in my shop for one week. Please convo me so I may add your username reservation to the listing if you would like this option.
Shipping
US orders are shipped USPS First Class with Tracking on one business day after payment has been recieved (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been marked as shipped, they can typically be expected in 5 to 7 days. Your Tracking number is attached to the shipping confirmation email.
Ceramics being shipped within the US are sent Priority Mail (insured with tracking).
International orders:
Int'l orders are shipped via Airmail (does NOT include Tracking) on one business day after payment has been recieved (M-F). When your order has been marked as shipped, a Customs form number will be attached to the confirmation email. This number is only updated by the USPS while it is in the US. Orders can typically be expected in 2 to 3 weeks. Customs forms are marked as Merchandise, with "body jewelry" as the description. Please do not ask me to mark them as Gift, as this is illegal for both parties involved.
Shipping Upgrades:
If you wish for your order to be sent Priority or with Insurance, please convo me before the order is placed so I may change the listing's shipping costs to reflect this.
Any shipping delays that may occur via the USPS (i.e. from inclement weather) will be stated in your shipping confirmation email. Return address is discreet.
Additional policies and FAQs
* Not to be worn while sleeping, in showers, bodies of water, submerging in liquid etc.
* Gently clean with a damp cloth when necessary
* Avoid use of hydrogen peroxide, alcohol or "ear care" BZK solution
