Handmade in the USA is where it's at! I worked in public education for 37 years and retired in June '21. I've now "graduated" to full time sewing! 🙂

I've had a long and happy career in public education for many years. I started as a high school English teacher way back, then taught grade 2 for a few years before moving on as a guidance counselor where I worked til retirement in June 2021.

I come from a long line of crafters, seamstresses, artists and builders and I'm helplessly addicted! I had an Etsy shop many years ago, but very quickly learned that working full time and raising children weren't really condusive to creating and selling. So I put Etsy on the back burner til now.

My kids grew up (WAY too quickly 🙁) and are out on their own and doing well. And with their help and encouragement, here I am.

Everything in my shop is pretty much customizable if you have any special requests, I'd love to collaborate with you. I'm a small-time operation for sure, and I'd love to talk with you about any colors, sizes and fabrics that you may be interested in.

If an item is not what you thought it would be, please message me and let me know as I want you to be happy with both me and your product and will work with you to fix it!
