Aaaaaaand I'm in love with a pair of mittens and I don't care who knows it!! Ordered these Chicago Flag and Skyline mittens after sending a pair of BadAtMathKnits mittens to a friend, and I am so happy I treated myself! They're warm, high quality, and have already brought in several compliments. :) If we're going to live through a cold Chicago winter, might as well look cute doing it!!! Highly recommend.

Updates

For the first time ever, all the designs that I have available as mittens are now available as patterns! All my patterns have gotten a makeover for clarity and quality too! Check them out!
Between now and Saturday (11/26) enjoy 25% off with coupon code SHOPSMALL In honor of small business Saturday. Keep those heads and hands warm cozy knits!
Today, I wish I was on a boat, soaking up the sun with an excuse to wear a giant floppy hat. These Hudson's Bay mitts will have to be nautical enough to do.

Welcome to Bad At Math Knits where I combine my loves of knitting and pop culture. Located in Chicago, where winter is trying to kill us, I've learned that knits helps to keep me warm and stylish while giving a little nod to some of my favorite things.

Frequently asked questions

What's with your name? Are you really "Bad At Math?"

Nope! I'm making a little tongue-in-cheek jab at the stereotype that all women are bad at math. It takes quite a bit of math to design patterns and knit!
