I ordered this item because I needed a yarn bowl and I love cats. After a few days I had a message from Jay to say he had made it but it had a fault on the tail. He offered to send it anyway or make a new one. I asked for a new one and he replied that he was pleased I had made that decision. This implied to me that he has high standards and will not sell anything that does not live up to them. I received my item within a few days and I love it. It stops my wool falling on the floor and protects it from my real life cats. I would highly recommend this product and this seller.
