Please ensure that you have entered the full and correct delivery address at checkout BEFORE you submit your order, as I am unable to change or amend orders received with the wrong or incomplete address.
⭐️ Orders received with address issues which make them impossible to ship, such as a missing house number, for example, will be cancelled and refunded immediately and without prior notice. I regret that messages and emails requesting missing details will no longer be sent, due to buyers often taking days to respond, or not responding at all.
⭐️ Orders received with the wrong address and which you subsequently realise is wrong, will be cancelled and refunded if you advise me of your error prior to shipping, so that you can reorder with the correct address. This process protects both parties from account hackers and other unauthorised users (who will quite naturally request delivery to a different address to that on the order).
⭐️ Orders received with the wrong address and which you subsequently realise is wrong, but not until after the item has been shipped, cannot be retrieved from the postal system or diverted. You are welcome to reorder with the correct address, and I will refund the original order cost, minus shipping, should the package be returned to me.

⭐️ Orders shipped same or next working day, by Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class. Royal Mail's estimated delivery for this service is 2-5 working days (and considerably longer during periods of industrial action), but this is NOT GUARANTEED.
⭐️ Shipping upgrades are usually available at checkout. Royal Mail's delivery estimate for 1st Class is 1-3 working days, but again, this is not guaranteed and will of course be longer during periods of industrial action. The ONLY guaranteed service is Special Delivery (1-2 working days), but only when there is no industrial action taking place.
⭐️ Please note that Royal Mail does not currently class a 1st or 2nd Class package as lost until 15 working days (3 weeks) have passed from date of dispatch.

⭐️ Shipping by Royal Mail International Standard in most cases. Delivery timeframe is set to 10 - 30 business days (2 - 6 weeks) to cover possible weather and Customs delays.

⭐️ Please note that Royal Mail does not currently class an international package as lost until 30 - 90 working days have passed from date of dispatch (timeframe varies from country to country).

When you place an order with BaggieAggie, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
