PLEASE check your account OFTEN to see if we have left YOU a message. If we have a question concerning your order, it will not be shipped until questions are answered. We cannot be held responsible for late shipments if we cannot contact you.
Be sure that your address is correct on your ETSY account as well as your PAYPAL account.

************When ordering online, remember that colors may appear darker or lighter than they actually are. Please be specific about the color you are looking for.

Payment

We accept payment through Paypal. Payment must be made before we begin work on your item.

Shipping

Our current turn around time is approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase IF you have included ALL details of the order at the time you checked out (names, fonts, style of embroidery, fabric choice if needed, ribbon colors if needed, and any special directions, etc.).
Shipping is approximately 2-5 days (USPS Priority Mail) once your order has been mailed.
If you are needing a RUSH order, PLEASE:) contact me before placing your order. I will then let you know if I have the time to fit in your request.

Refunds and Exchanges

We rely on the information you place in the NOTE TO BAGITUPBOUTIQUE area at checkout. PLEASE be sure that you are giving the correct spelling, monogram format, color and font that you want on your item. Due to the custom/personalized nature of these items, sales are final and Bag It Up Boutique does not accept returns.

If WE have made an error in spelling (from what you have given on your order), or size, we will do whatever we can to fix it.

Before your items are packaged, they are inspected for damages. If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, then I will assume it was damaged during shipment. We cannot be held responsible for shipping damages.


SPECIAL ORDERS: ** Restocking fees will apply if you ask for a special item, then cancel an order after we have placed an order with our vendor. (special size, color, or item) 25% of the order total will not be refunded
Special items are usually ordered within 1 day of the order placed in our shop.
