I want to send your jewelry as a gift. Can you ship directly to that person and include gift wrapping?
Yes! I have many customers send my jewelry as a special gift to a friend or loved one. Use the "notes to seller" box at checkout and let me know the shipping address of your loved one. If you would like me to include a personalized message, just let me know! All my jewelry comes in a lovely craft box tied with a ribbon free of charge!!! So it doesn't matter if it's a gift for a loved one or for yourself it will always be beautiful.
Do any of your products contain Nickel?
No. All of my products are nickel and lead-free.
How long will take to make and ship my order?
For most items, I hand make to order which means that it could take up to 3 working days for me to dispatch your order. However I do have some best selling items ready to ship, so I will be able to dispatch those sooner! If you need an item urgently, please send me a message and I'll be able to give you a better idea.
I run a blog will you give me something so I can promote you?
I do not do blog giveaways. If you are a blogger you are welcome to purchase an item from my shop and review it but I will not send you promotional material. I do really appreciate your interest, but I have nothing to give away at this time.
What is gold filled?
Gold Filled is a thick layer of 14K gold that is bonded to a base metal (usually brass). Gold filled is not plated, it is strongly bonded. This means that it does not chip, or tarnish. 14K gold filled lasts years and it wears the same as solid 14K gold. It is great for sensitive skin, and everyday wear.
