- I accept payment by Paypal and direct checkout.

- For custom orders I require a non-refundable 50% deposit to cover supplies and my time, with the remainder to be paid upon completion before the item is shipped. Custom orders are not eligible for wholesale discount.

- All of my items come to you packaged securely and presented in a complimentary gift box. To save on space and shipping costs, like items may be packaged together.

- If you require extra gift boxes, please inquire. This will incur an extra fee.

- WHOLESALE orders will be packaged together in plain packaging, unless otherwise requested. Wholesale discounts are not applicable during storewide sales. Please contact me beforehand if you are making a purchase during one of my sales.

- I ship nationally and internationally by standard air-mail via AnPost unless registered/tracked mail is selected. High value orders will be shipped by registered post automatically at my discretion. Items are shipped 1-3 business days after payment. I am not responsible for orders lost in transit, if you choose standard post, as Registered post is offered by me at checkout.

- Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed by the postal service.

- Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to the U.S and other long distance destinations, depending on customs, but if your parcel has not arrived within four weeks after notification of delivery, please get in touch ASAP and we'll figure it out!

- Depending on your country of residence, you may also need to pay customs, duties or taxes on your purchase. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

- If your purchase is intended as a gift for someone, please note that and the address change in the Message to Seller. A small personal note can be included at no extra charge. :)
