Welcome and thank you for reading our policy page before ordering - we appreciate that and appreciate you as a customer. I resisted putting up a list of policies at first, finding so many rules to be a tad rude to my lovely customers. But a few interesting experiences have made this page of info quite needful, C'est la vie.

So please don't take offense at our policies and know that we are willing to work with you to make your Etsy experience fabulous and get you top quality, great value supplies that will help make your creations spectacular.

We accept Paypal payments through the shopping cart here on Etsy, if this is a problem for you please convo us and we will see how we can help you. We wait for e-checks to clear before shipping - please keep in mind that if you are using these and not credit or balance from Paypal it takes 4-9 days to clear these checks, delaying your package.

Reserved and Custom Listings: Always welcome as we stock much more than is on the site and we know you might need more than 1 of an item. Rules - Please pick up your reserved items within three days - if not, we may not have the merchandise you requested. Also, payment needs to be made within three days unless otherwise arranged with us. We will send out reminders as we know how easy it is to go through the cart and think you have paid but it is just not finalized (we have done it too when shopping).

Cancellation: If you must cancel do to extenuating services please understand that this is a great deal of paperwork for us to deal with - but if necessary we can help you with this please convo us.
Shipping multiple times a week - see announcements - ask if you have questions.

We only ship usps - shipping charges take into account much more than the actual postage on your package and just barely cover our costs - please do not ask for a shipping reduction unless you are ordering over $100.

Please contact us with any questions or if there is a problem with your purchase - we want to resolve any issues and would like the chance to do so before feedback is left. When we know there is a problem, we can do our very best to fix it for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be made if items are not as described in the site's descriptions.
Additional policies and FAQs
Overseas Info - We cannot ship for a reasonable cost and still provide tracking and insurance on overseas orders. If you need this, please let me know and I will get you a price on it. Otherwise once packages are given to the post office, they are considered delivered by us and we will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged.

For declaration amount on packages: We declare the exact amount of the invoice and include it with the package. This is the honest way to do business. If you place a large order through us, we tend to offer free gifts to make up the difference in taxes we know you are having to pay. So please keep this in mind when you are ordering from us and tack on tax cost when you look at the price of our items - we think you will still be pleasantly surprised at how reasonable you can receive our items.
