5 out of 5 starsThis is the best beard oil I have ever used. Its an inspired combination. The Tea Tree is really good for the skin and the Eucalyptus just seems to freshen everything up. A good quality oil so only a small amount is needed. Brilliant stuff.

Frequently asked questions
What do I do if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us (using the Etsy convo facility). You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item. This is so a claim can be submitted to Royal Mail. Please do not throw out the damaged item until you are advised to do so as it may be needed to support a claim. A pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you if the item needs to be returned.
A replacement will then be sent out to you upon receipt of photos of the damaged item.

Do you sell through any third party websites? Do you do wholesale?
We do not do wholesale. We do not sell via third party reseller websites.
The only places you can purchase our products are here and at our website - BaldyBeardy.com
Occasionally we sell at traders' markets and craft fayres. If we have any upcoming we will let you know here and on our social media channels.
Please do not purchase products claiming to be made by us on other websites, as you do not know what you are getting. To ensure you're getting a genuine product please only purchase directly from us - either here in our Etsy store or from our website - BaldyBeardy.com.
My local supermarket is selling 30ml of beard oil for £4 yet you're charging over 4 times that amount. Why is this?
Like everything, you get what you pay for. Take a look at the ingredients on the £4 bottle. You're buying a bottle of cheap, bargain basement vegetable oil with some added fragrance oils (perfume) and other nasty chemicals - in other words, junk!
Do you really want to be putting that on your face?
Your beard will not thank you and will look and feel like crap as a result (dry, weak, brittle, lank looking, split ends, clogged pores, unhealthy skin - you get the picture).
With our oils (and all our products) you're getting the very best ingredients, blended to give the optimum results for your beard and skin.
Looking after your beard is an investment and shouldn't be skimped on. You get out of your beard what you put into it.
Estimated shipping times:
UK: 1st class mail: Orders are taking on average between 1 to 2 days from date of shipping notice to be delivered.
UK: 2nd class mail: Orders are taking on average between 3 and 5 days from date of shipping notice to be delivered.
Please allow a week from date of shipping for delivery.
Please note: We NEVER use Evri (Hermes) to ship our orders. We have also stopped using Yodel.
EU:
Please allow up to 4 weeks from date of shipping notice for your order to be delivered.
It should arrive sooner than this.
Non-UK / non-EU:
Please allow up to 5 weeks from date of shipping notice for your order to be delivered.
It should arrive sooner than this.
Why am I being charged taxes/customs fees to have my order delivered?
Individual countries may impose import taxes and customs fees (+ a fee to collect these fees) on packages entering their country. These must be paid (usually to the postal company delivering your order) if you want your package to be delivered. Refusal to pay will result in your order being returned to us. Please be aware of this if you are ordering from outside the UK or EU.
Customs duties only apply if your order is being shipped to outside the EU.
How does Brexit affect my order?
As we are based in Northern Ireland, we are still part of the EU single market and customs union. This means that unlike businesses in Great Britain, we are not required to submit customs declarations to ship orders to the EU.
This should help speed up orders as orders from us to the EU are not required to undergo customs checks.
You will not be required to pay any customs fees to receive your package.
We ship to all EU countries except Germany (due to the amount of bureaucracy involved in shipping there).
What countries do you ship to?
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom (+ crown dependencies), USA, Vatican City.
We can sadly no longer ship to Germany as the process is far too bureaucratic.
Are your products safe?
We do not use any nasties (e.g. synthetic fragrance oils, sulphates) in our products.
All products, ingredients and processes are compliant with UK and EU cosmetic regulations.
All ingredients used are sourced in UK.
None of our products or any ingredients used in our products are tested on animals.
We have cosmetic product safety reports for our products (a legal requirement for selling cosmetic products in the UK and EU - where product formulations are analysed by an independent team of chemists, biologists and toxicologists, and a legal document created verifying that they are safe and legal to sell), plus safety data sheets on all our ingredients used, and are registered with both the UK and EU cosmetic regulatory agencies.
Orders over £150:
Due to some ridiculous new policies introduced by Etsy, we are no longer accepting orders totalling over £150 (including shipping and taxes if applicable) in our Etsy store.
Any order placed in our Etsy store totalling over £150 (including shipping and taxes if applicable) will be cancelled and we will contact you with information as to how to go about placing your order.
