Take care of the leather and it'll last a couple years, depending on how rough you are with shoes or often you wear them. They dress up jeans and are comfy with dresses.

I will say I have wide feet but ordered a size up just to be safe. I normally wear either 7.5 or 8 but I ordered a 8.5 and they’re perfect.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All refund and exchange items must be returned in their original and unused condition.
All items must be shipped back within 30 days after they are received.
The shipping cost should be taken care of by the buyer.
Money (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
Please note: SALE items in SALE sections are FINAL sales and nonreturnable.
Payment
Shipping
Most leather items listed in the shop are Made to Order. Please, allow 10-15 business days for delivery of your product from the date of your payment as everything is custom made just for you.
Sale, clothes, and ready to ship items are shipped within two (2) days of cleared payment!
All items ship via DHL with tracking details. Shipping takes around 7-10 days from the day your item is shipped out depending on the destination. We find EMS and DHL quiet reliable and reasonable in terms of shipping cost.
We require telephone number in your shipping information. This is necessary for the efficient delivery of your order.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office).
If you have special shipping requirements, please, let us know.
If you would like to cancel your order before it's shipped, we will have to charge $15 as a cancellation fee.
Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the shipment is sent and tracking provided it's the responsibility of the buyer to track the shipment and contact DHL and us in case there are issues with the delivery.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
If the courier tries to deliver your package the online tracking details will show delivery attempts / delivery failures / shipment on hold. In this case please contact DHL to look into the issue.
If your package is not delivered or picked up within 14 days, it will be returned to Bali ELF. If you wish we resend the package there will be additional charge of $20 per items, if you decide to cancel your order we will refund the total amount minus $20 per item as a restocking fee.
Additional policies and FAQs
All computer monitors are different and we do our best to present the colors of bags and shoes to the best of our ability but please be aware that it may appear slightly different on your screen.
Only one discount code can be used for each order. The discounts and special offers cannot be combined.
