Payments for purchases are to be made via PayPal.

Shipping is via USPS First Class mail. Once item has been

Q. Why don’t you use sliders or lip balm tins/ pots?
A. Because, to be honest, we’re a little germaphobic. Also, if you are like Bianca and feel the need to carry a lip balm in your pocket at work, a tube is just easier and not as messy.
Q. Do you ever take requests on flavors?
A. Absolutely! That is how we have seasonal favorites like Pumpkin Spice.
Q. What measures do you take to be more eco friendly?
A. 1.We encourage you to recycle your cosmetics containers. 2. We try to use recycled materials for shipping packaging as much as possible and hope you will reuse them once you get them. 3. As we evolve in our business, we are finding packaging and promotional materials using 100% Post Consumer Waste. 4. We will not ship an invoice with your product. If you would like to request one, it can be emailed to you instead. 5. In the USA, Bianca only buys packaging and raw materials from American small business owners- local when she can find them! This is also true for Helena in Australia.
