    5 out of 5 stars

I had a couple of friends admire my previous purchase from Kyla, so I came back once again to have some gifts made for them.

One had described what she would like made, picked her materials and let Kyla loose to do what she wanted. I had a theme in my head for the second, one that I had very little idea how to accomplish, and Kyla returned to me with several ideas on how to make it work. What arrived was more than had been hoped for, and both pieces have been admired when they've been worn. Kyla is a great person to work with, I can't recommend coming here enough.

I just ordered a custom piece a short while ago, and everything turned out great.

I have no real clue about anything when it comes to stuff like jewelry, but I had an idea for a friend that I wanted to have made. Kyla worked with me over messages and email for about a week helping me work things out. A piece had to be specially ordered, and when it arrived I was shown several possibilities to work with and made my suggestions as to what I liked. After that I waited, and what i saw several days later was great, even working in something that neither of us was sure would be able to fit.

It was shipped out wrapped with great care and arrived safe and sound, even faster than I expected.

The care, the help, the craftsmanship, all amazing. I have other friends, and if I can narrow down ideas, I'll definitely come back.

    5 out of 5 stars

I have bought from Kyla twice now, this being my second time, and each time I am absolutely AMAZED with what I receive. This time, I ordered a squiddlefish (much like the squid seen in the picture, just with a cuttlefishy-bead rather than the blue one seen and also different colors) necklace, and I received it much earlier than I had thought I would, just like last time. It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap when I received it, and none of the wires were damaged, broken or scratched, and neither were the beads. I love the necklace, and I plan to wear it everywhere. The jewelry is priced just as it should be, and it looks professional and well-made. It is light and easy to wear, and it isn't uncomfortable at all. I highly recommend buying from Kyla!

About

Balthasar Craft: Compelling, inspired hand crafted jewelry.

I have been making and selling wire wrap jewelry for several years now. I use local materials and found items where possible in my work including beach glass and tumbled stones from the ocean. My work also features semi precious gemstones. The wire I work with is usually plated copper, but some pieces use brass or steel. When I create a piece, my goal is always to let it create itself as much as possible. I allow my intuition and the materials to guide me so that the pieces I make are a balance of order and chaos. Every piece tells a story about where it came from.

A Note About Customer Service:

We want to sell our one-of-a-kind products to people we know will truly cherish them or gift them to others who will, while encouraging a dialogue between ourselves and our customers. We believe one of the major causes of economic distress is the corporatism that has removed the human touch from businesses and placed mass-produced products ahead of handcrafted items - and handcrafted relationships.

That in mind, Commissions are also available. If there's a custom item you want, we'd love to be the crafters to lend our unique skills to shaping your inspiration into reality.

And if you want to send an email just to say hi, go for it - once again, we'd love to hear from you.
