All of my items I make are of high quality--nothing flimsy; no tricks, no misleadings. Everything is made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. The best thing about buying hand-made items? When someone compliments you and asks where you got your beautiful jewelry item, you can tell them, "Sorry, but this was actually hand-made just for me." :] You will not find any of my items ready to fall in love with your hand-made creation once it arrives.



Q: Can I pay you through PayPal?
A: I do not accept PayPal. You may pay with your debit/credit card through Etsy's secure and quick checkout system.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: I accept all credit cards through Etsy's checkout system.

Q: I have a question regarding payment that you have not answered.
A: Please feel free to contact me with any questions!



Q: How long does it take for my item(s) to be shipped?
A: Your item will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. If you have ordered a custom item, note that I might take a little bit longer to ship.

Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A: Most packages take between 3-7 business days to arrive via USPS for domestic orders. With international shipments, it normally takes between 7-10 business days, but please be aware that it can sometimes take a little bit longer depending on where you live. I cannot give exact information on when your package will arrive, as this is up to the post office.

Q: Do you provide tracking confirmation?
A: A track and confirm receipt comes with all domestic orders. This option is currently not available for international residents.

Q: Can I have gift wrapping with my purchase?
A: Absolutely! Please include this in the note-to-seller at checkout, and please specify what type of event this will be gift wrapped for.

Q: Has my item been shipped yet?
A: I will send you an email confirming shipment as soon as your item has been sent to the post office.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: At an additional cost, I can upgrade your shipping. Please message me for shipping quotes.

Q: Do you offer insurance?
A: I currently do not offer insurance.

Q: What if my item(s) gets lost in the mail?
A: I am not responsible for lost items. Sorry!

Q: Your shipping prices for my country seems a little too high.
A: I always try and be fair with shipping prices for international countries; however, this is sometimes hard to evaluate. Therefore, if you feel any shipping prices are over-estimated for your country then please let me know, and I will evaluate your specific order and your country's shipping prices to see if your shipping cost can be re-adjusted.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties or fees that may be incurred at customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send back your unworn, undamaged item exactly how it was when I sent it within two days of delivery, and I can offer a complete refund minus shipping costs. Refunds/exchanges are not given on custom orders or items listed as one of a kind.
Please note that I am not responsible for items lost in mail.

Also, please be aware that all computer resolutions are different; therefore, the color that is represented online of an item can look different in person.
