Custom and personalised orders
Please send me a message or email me at hello@bambooyah.com.au if you would like me to customize an existing style for you or you have certain requirements eg. you want the earrings to come with no posts glued on so you can attach your own, or anything like that!
Care instructions
Please handle your pieces with care! Be very gentle. They are made from bamboo plywood and they are NOT 100% waterproof - please refrain from submerging your pieces in water and please keep away from moist environments and heat sources, as this could damage the glue and the wood. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if items are damaged due to mishandling
Please store with care to avoid scratches or other damage.
Returns
Sorry we cannot accept any returns due to hygiene reasons, so there are no refunds or exchanges.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
