I love the fresh smell of lemon. This spray smells so clean and nice. I will be coming back for more of your items. Thank you so much. Fondly, Chaplain Melyssa

About

BAM Essentials' mission is to create high-quality, natural personal care products, by training young women with the work and life skills to succeed.

Bethany Palm, Founder and CEO of BAM Essentials, has been cooking up science experiments in her kitchen for years. It started with a desire to use more natural products for personal care, and has now blossomed into the BAM Essentials brand.

When her father was diagnosed with Stage IV lung and bone cancer in 2013, she made it her mission to find comfort and treatment for him in essential oils and natural ingredients. Although he lost his battle in early 2015, his memory lives on with those who know and love him.

Bethany has dedicated her career to social enterprise, spending over 15 years in the nonprofit sector. After seeing the lack of services for young adults, specifically 18-24 years old, she combined her passion for social enterprise with her hobby of creating natural personal care products, and founded BAM Essentials.

She has been recognized as a leader in the social enterprise sector as one of the American Express 50 Under 40, and launched the Social Enterprise Alliance - Twin Cities chapter, where she served on the Executive Committee for 4 years. She is the Director of Operations/ General Manager with CityKid Java, a coffee wholesale social enterprise in South Minneapolis supporting Urban Ventures youth programs. Bethany has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business degree from the University of Minnesota – Curtis L. Carlson School of Management in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University.
