At Banaitis & Richter, we believe jewelry is a very personal experience and should be as unique as the person wearing it. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and hope you enjoy wearing our pieces as much as we enjoyed making them for you.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We will accept returns if returned to us within 10 days of your receipt. We do not refund shipping. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

If you have a concern about a piece, please convo us immediately. The most important thing to us is that you are satisfied and pleased with your purchase. The most common issue that can arise (although it has not happened with us yet) is that the ring does not fit the buyers finger in the way he or she expected. We will always send you the size you order, but if by chance we make a mistake, please return the ring to us and we will make you a new ring and ship it to you immediately. If instead you need a different size than you originally ordered, we will accept an exchange. We will only accept one exchange per transaction, however. We make you another ring for 50% of the cost of the ring, as long as the one you send back is in the same mint condition we originally sent it to you.

NOTE: Titanium CANNOT be resized. If you make an exchange, we have to make an entirely new ring, which is why we must charge 50% of the cost of the ring - for the labor and materials. When you are figuring out your size, please remember that wider bands fit more snugly than narrow bands. If you are ordering a wider band than you are accustomed to, it is advisable to go up 1/4 in size or try on a band of equal width and see what size fits best before ordering.
Paypal,checks and money orders are all accepted. Payment should be received within 3 days of purchase. Massachusetts residents will pay 5% sales tax on all orders.
We ship priority mail in the U.S. with delivery confirmation. International orders are shipped first class international. If you would like another method, please convo us. We are happy to work with you.
Additional policies and FAQs
We welcome custom work! All custom work is to be paid in half before work begins and the other half when work is complete. All custom work is nonrefundable.
