Payment
~ Please pay for your purchase promptly. If your payment has not been received within 48 hrs, then the item will be relisted and the sale canceled

~ Payment is due upfront on ALL custom orders.

~ Please pay by paypal, and make sure that your etsy address as well as your paypal address match for shipping purposes.
Shipping
~ As mentioned above, please make sure that your Etsy address and your PayPal address are the same. I will use your Etsy address as the ship to unless otherwise specified. If they are different, please confirm which address you would like to use in the “Message to Seller” area.

~ Unless otherwise requested, all items ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation (USA ONLY) or First Class International within 48 hours of payment being received.

~ The BUYER is responsible for all customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
~ Please keep in mind that items are handmade which will sometimes include variation or character. If you are unhappy with your purchase please convo me first.

~ I strive to be fair & honest, if something is damaged while in transit or you have a general question about the item once received please conve me ASAP and I'll gladly help you out!

~ If a refund is needed all money (minus shipping costs if item has already shipped) will be refunded via PayPal.

~ If an order is lost, as it sometimes happens, while in transit I will work with you to get a second item out as soon as possible.
