About

Bangbouh Modern

Robert has been creating art since the very beginning, it being his center and passion always. He studied fine art at School of Visual arts in NYC where he was exposed to new and exciting ideas which helped form his future artwork. After college he got a job reproducing paintings as well as making original artworks for a gallery on Madison Avenue. There he created paintings in an eclectic range of styles from classical to contemporary which taught him to use various techniques and finishes when creating a work of art. While at the Madison Avenue gallery he did paintings on a very large scale for CBS television sets as well as for display in high end department stores. Most recently he has a painting that you can see in the season 6 Mad Men TV show. He has painted numerous commissioned works since then and built a large body of personal work, much of which hangs in private collections all over the world. He now lives with his wife Mageda and daughter Miri in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in southeastern Ohio.
