Frequently asked questions
Where is my tracking info? Is it accurate?
We use Etsy USPS tracking through Pitney Bowes for all flat orders under 4 oz. This feature has a limited tracking info and not to be confused with regular USPS tracking. Items may already be delivered even if your order says Pre-Transit and some orders that says Delivered could mean that it has arrived in your assigned USPS unit but not your mailbox just yet. We have no control of how USPS scans these smaller, flat orders but we prefer this over stamps for better tracking purposes. For larger orders, we use regular USPS tracking that provides a more accurate location of your order. Please check your emails/order info on your accounts for estimated processing and shipping times.
I haven’t received my order, where is it?
We do our best to prep as soon we see your order pop up & we typically ship all orders within 7-9 business days. Effective October 1st, 2021, USPS has announced slower shipping times in some areas in the US. We use Etsy’s limited tracking feature through USPS Pitney Bowes so please follow your tracking information for estimated processing and shipping time. Some orders may take up to 6+ weeks for shipment. As a small business, we have no control over shipping times and arrivals. Please message us if you still haven’t received your order 6 weeks after submitting your order.
Do you vendor at BTS cupsleeve events?
We love meeting Armys at BTS cupsleeve events! We’ve vendored several events in Las Vegas & Southern California. We announce any current or future events on our IG and Twitter. If you are an event coordinator, please reach out to us on our socials @Bangtanberryco to inquire about vendoring opportunities for your event.
Do you ship to countries outside USA?
We used to ship to Canada & UK but at this time, we have decided to only ship within the US to keep our tracked shipping fees low. Using global stamps to send orders overseas can be risky & we want to ensure that your order arrives to you safely. We hope to ship overseas again someday!
