I had a horrible experience with this seller. n nI placed an order 11/17/12. I contacted the seller on 12/2/12 as the order was never received. Again on 12/4/12, I informed the seller the item had not arrived; the seller requested I wait a week to see if the shipment arrived. I contacted the seller again on 12/17/12 as the order still had not arrived and the seller promised a refund, which was never processed. I waited until 12/30/12 to open a case and the seller refunded the purchase price, but no refund for shipping on 1/4/13. On 1/7/13, I updated the case with this information. I esclated the case on 1/13/13 and on 1/17/13. Still, no effort was EVER taken by the seller to refund the shipping cost for the tem that was NEVER RECEIVED. I also never received any communication from ETSY that they were attempting to address my issues or even acknowledge by escalation of the case.

I think it is important that we re-discover things that are unique, one of a kind, produced with great care, patience and precision - this is whan I think of when I design and make my pieces.
