If you are unsatified with an item you purchase from my shop, please let me know and we can work together to find a solution whether it is a refund or replacement item.

Shipping
Items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Delivery time is estimated at between 4 - 10 business days for items to US and Canada and may take longer for international shipments.
**Please note that I cannot guarantee shipping by a specific date for international shipments. If a package is held up at customs I have no control over its release. I always fill out customs paperwork carefully and haven't have a problem in the past.**
