Banquet was started by Sarah Edmonds in 2006 as a creative outlet when her son was born. In 2010, Sarah decided to grow the business by partnering with Tammy Lawrence who was seeking a new creative endeavor after leaving the television industry. Thus Banquet Atelier & Workshop was born. The last year has been fruitful for Banquet, their products have been featured on many of the top design blogs including Design Sponge, Selector, Fine Little Day, Minted, Design Mom, Creature Comforts and Apartment Therapy. Their wares have also shown in Martha Stewart Magazine, Domino, House and Home and Frankie Magazine.
