Shop policies

Last updated on February 17, 2011
Thank you for visiting my shop! It's quite empty right now, but I will be posting soon, I promise. What will be sold here will most likely be a conglomeration of crafty/artistic things I do. My main intent is to start selling beaded chokers as well as other beaded items, but I am also researching methods of doing photography prints as well. And who knows, I love ACEO's as well.

Enough ramble. I just wanted to say thank you for visiting, and I hope that you will stop by again. Perhaps I'll have some items for you to check out when you do!

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Currently, my only acceptable form of payment is Please send payment through Paypal within three days of purchasing. If you need an extension of time, please convo me, preferably before you purchase. I am willing to work with people. Nothing will be sent out, though, until payment is received. If something comes up after you make the purchase, please let me know immediately.
I am currently hammering out the details, and talking to other Etsy sellers, to help define the rest of my policies, including ones on shipping.

I am currently researching USPS for the ACEO's and photographic prints, while I am looking at UPS for the bulkier items, like the beaded chokers. If you have another perfered shipping option, convo me before you purchase to see if we can work it out.

As of right now, I will soon have vellum envelopes for the ACEO's, which will be put inside a paper envelope when it's shipped out.

As for the beader chokers and other items, I am currently researching the best packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope it never comes down to a buyer being unsatisfied, as I am going to be as detailed as possible with my listings, as well as be assiduous with the production and packaging of my items. Unfortunately, no matter the intent, nobody is perfect. I promise this now though: I will do my best to make sure that the buyer is happy. Doesn't make sense to have a business otherwise, if your intent is to piss people off.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm currently not going to be doing custom orders. I need to build up my stock of supplies before I can really start handling this. I'm sure it will happen in the future, once I get my feet underneath me, though until then, I welcome any insight or suggestions you might have!

Also, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have with my items!
