All personalized items are final sale and " no refund "
All items are examined and make sure they are in perfect condition when they delivered.

If any package was lost in the mail, The replacement will provide and ship after passed 8 weeks from the shipped date OR the full refund will be provided after received the investigate result from USPS, Thailand post.(It takes around 2-4 months to investigate)

If you concerned your package may lost, please contact usps or me as soon as possible.

Including "No refund" in case of >>> Some items may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection, The tracking system (USPS, Canada post, . . .) has no information on specific items awaiting customs inspection. Once an item clears customs, it is handed over USPS or Canada post for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product and distance to its destination.

Including " No refund " in case of >>> The package was return to seller Because of the recipient isn't at home / or doesn't pick up the package at the local post office within a specified period / or shipped with the wrong address that customer entered the wrong address in shipping address section.(so if buyer want to re-send the package again , please responsible for return shipping cost)

Including " No refund " in case of >>> Any delay shipping time ( It may occur cause by Custom clearance, holidays, weather condition and the other unknown reasons.)

Including " No refund " in case of >>> The item leave your skin green due to it's individual effect when wearer touch with Some chemicals OR high acidity's sweat may react with metal. ( In this case, you can return item to re-plated to another color instead but I can not promise or guarantee that the green mark will not happen again. (Also the return shipping cost from your end, customer will responsible for it.

Including " No refund " in case of >>> Damaged item. All items are examined and make sure they are in perfect condition when they delivered. I'm pleased to fix it without extra charge. Buyer need to return the damaged item to shop and the return shipping cost is buyer's responsible.

Buyer responsible for return shipping cost.(around USD 10)(if you want a replacement or re-plated the color and it is not shop's fault)

All personalized items are final sale, except some kind of item.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, with your refund request. You will be expected to return the item immediately after contacting me. PLEASE CONTACT ME thru this shop, not my e-mail!
I will give you a full refund, (shipping charges are non-refundable), once I receive the item and see that it is in it's original condition.

Once you contact me for my 'ship to' address, you will be asked to use the following instructions for a return. Any missing information will delay your refund.

1) your name and e-mail
2) a note with your request, (exchange, repair, refund, etc.)
3) your original purchase date, (very important so I can find it on Paypal)
4) Please return the item with registered and included the tracking number. A tracking number is recommended as I cannot be responsible for lost packages.
5) If you are returning a necklace, Please package it in the original box like I did (no return will be accepted on damaged item!)

Exchange only in a case of a mistake on our part.

Please note: Once payment is received, it takes 5-10 business days to process your order.(Processing time depending on amount of orders and sequentially) The processing time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

In case of the special custom order may take more time, depend on the confirm reply from buyer. And it takes 5-10 business days after received the latest conclusion reply from buyer to process the order.

We will only ship to the address on the RECEIPT.

Please make sure the address on the receipt is correct, including a legal name. No unregistered business names will be accepted.

If you need to change the shipping address after checkout, please contact us and we will assist to correct the order.

• Item ship from Thailand by registered airmail with tracking number. It's required to sign for the package.

• Estimated shipping time for REGISTERED AIRMAIL. [ no guaranteed the arrival time ]
USA : 2 - 4 weeks.
Asia : 1 - 2 weeks.
Canada : 3 - 5 days. ( FedEx shipping is default, no need to add FedEx Upgrade )
Australia : 4 - 8 days. ( FedEx shipping is default, no need to add FedEx Upgrade )

USA : 3 - 5 days.

• For FedEx shipping, You MUST give us your phone number. We can't ship until we have so if you forget to leave it, your shipment will be delayed.

-- Sorry, APO/FPO and PO Box addresses can't use the upgrade.
-- Some area in Canada and Australian may has an extra shipping charge, please ask seller before order.

• Due to Once it's shipped, you can not change the shipping address, redirect or forwarding your package.

All other countries' orders will ship via regular shipping, which is 2 - 4 weeks delivery.

Please be aware the registered airmail is require the signature. If buyer isn't at home, the postman will left the notice to pick up your package within the specified period. Otherwise the package will be returned and buyer responsible for return shipping cost again.
(Please understanding, I can not control the shipping time or the shipping process at your local destination.) So if the tracked proof shown that " notice left" but buyer not claim the package within the specific period. As a result, the package was returned to sender. Buyer need to responsible for the re-shipping cost as well.

All orders are mailed to the address on your Etsy receipt so please make sure it is your current address.
