I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I want people to love the pieces they have from me. If you're not happy, please contact me so I can work to correct that.

Shipping is not refunded for returned items.
Payment
If you're close enough to drop by my studio in the Capitol Hill / Arboretum area you can pick up your piece and I'll refund the shipping charges.
Shipping
I ship USPS. They've worked wonderfully for me. Pieces are well packed using double boxing, bubblewrap and packing peanuts. At this time I'm not automatically shipping internationally, but if you contact me I can figure out the charges and would be happy to set it up!

Please note: International customers are responsible for any and all tariffs, taxes, fees and customs duties that may be imposed by their governments upon entry of the shipment into their country, and may be contacted by the shipping carrier to resolve those duty issues.
