I offer complimentary gift wrapping upon request. Just contact me after your purchase and let me know it is a gift. A small signed card will also be included and some more extra printed goods can be expected .
I also offer custom designs. If you see something in my shop that you'd love to have in a different shape, color or size let me know. Convo me and we'll see if I am a match for your needs.
Accepted payment methods
Third party shipping is available for gifts. Please let me know the address to ship to, any note you would like on a gift card, and the address to which I should send the invoice. Also whether or not you would like the item gift wrapped.
Your item will arrive in a padded envelope.
I do ship internationally.
The shipping time is usually not longer than 10 days. I will send you the predicted time due to your country. If you do not receive your item in a prompt manner, please send a conversation or email me at barboraidesova [!at] gmail.com, and I will do everything I can to check on the status of the shipment.
I cannot be held responsible for pacakges that are lost once they leave the EU. I only ship with insurance if you request it. If you do request insurance, please send me a message telling me so, and wait for me to send you an updated invoice before you pay.
***You, the buyer are responsible for your country's customs or tariff fees, if there are any.***
Refunds and Exchanges
1) Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis and are available for goods which *arrive* damaged only.
- If your items arrive damaged, I will ask you to take a photograph and return it to me in the original packing if at all possible. Exchanges must be returned in their original, mint condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of arrival.
2) Returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties.
3) All return shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4) Items *must* be returned in the exact condition received and when possible, in mint & re-sellable condition. If an item is returned and expected to be returned in re-sellable condition (via communication between myself and the customer) but is received damaged, not in mint condition and no longer sellable, I 'm sorry, but I cannot honor a refund.
***I will accept items for return, repair or exchange (if available) within 7 days of receipt. However, buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact me first to discuss the details of the situation so I can be prepared and give you an appropriate timeframe on repairs. Again, shipping charges are not refundable.***
