Frequently asked questions

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not support marking an item as a gift. We are obliged to put the value of the item on the customs declaration form, if the order is marked as a gift the option will be ignored when executing. Our items are traveling with all the needed documents for easy customs passthrough.

Care instructions

Proper installation of the footrest means placing all the o-rings provided below the footrest, if you have slipping issues clean the highchair legs with rubbing alcohol and let the o-rings acclimate for a day in your environment.

Wholesale availability

We do not offer wholesale prices for orders less than 10.

Custom and personalized orders

We make all of our engravings with the font listed in the item's description unless otherwise requested by the buyer, please read the description of the item carefully.

Shipping

We ship most of our items with Deutsche Post, a fast and reliable carrier. If you selected Standard Shipping you will get a partial tracking that Etsy is not able to always intercept, if this is the case, take your tracking number to a 3'rd party tracker. Partial tracking is showing movement from here to Germany and then updates after delivery. Do not worry if you see inactivity in your tracking as it is not marked on every step. The full tracking option takes the same time but is insured against breakage and parcel loss and also updates on every step.

Can I cancel my order?

If you for some reason need to cancel your order you have a window of 1 hour after placing(if your order is placed near the end of our working day there is a chance we will ship your order before 1 hour window is over). If we haven't shipped your order yet you can still cancel your order after the cancellation window but we will deduct $6 handling and packaging fee from your refund. For items less than $10 in value, the handling fee is $3.
