Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
No refunds are given on custom items unless there is blatant error in workmanship and notice is given by buyer within 10 days of receipt of item. If refund is agreed upon item must be returned in unused and unworn condition within 5 days of refund being offered. If item is a seasonal item no returns will be excepted after the holiday. Example: No costumes can be returned after October 31.
Payment
Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase. Custom items will not be started until payment is complete. No item will be shipped until payment is complete and cleared. Only payment through Etsy checkout or paypal will be excepted.
Shipping
US shipping will be USPS priority with insurance and delivery confirmation. If expedited shipping is needed it must be requested before purchase to determine if it is available at that time and an additional charge will be added.

International shipping will be first class, insurance, and delivery confirmation where available. Insurance and delivery confirmation will only be added if it is available to the destination. All additional fees, taxes, tariffs are buyers responsibility.
