Returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact me. I would love to make things right, by working with you to solve the problem. This could be done in several ways, including a refund to you, or send you a replacement. Please contact me prior to filling out feedback.

Payment

For payment, I accept Paypal, which includes most major credit cards. With Paypal service, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your orders.

Payment is due within 24 hours of purchase. Please be aware that e-checks can take up to a week clear, and your purchase will not be shipped until it has cleared.

Shipping

I will notify the buyer when purchase has been shipped.

I ship all items via Canada Post regular mail. If you wish to receive your package quicker, for an extra shipping fee, I can send it express post.

I am not responsible for any misdirected or lost packages. However, if you have not received your package, please send me a message and we can try to work out what happened and determine what steps we will undergo together.

Please be aware that all USA and International customers may be subject to duties/taxes by your local authorities. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these additional fees.
