It's a very light neck warmer that would go well with lots of clothes. Color is the same as the photo and overall very pretty and well made. But I feel the sale price seem to be the right amount for the piece. I hope I could collect other colors as well :) Thank you

My 9 month old has outrageously wide hands and no store-bought mittens fit him! I'm so glad I ordered these. They are soft, vibrant and beautifully made and the connecting cord is knitted and strong! When my son manages to pull them off, he enjoys swinging them around by the string, so I guess they're a hit!

These are so cute and well made. It wasn’t easy finding this small size with a thumb. Very pleased.
Knitting & Crocheting Deep in the Heart of Texas
Although I hail from southeastern Wisconsin (on Lake Michigan about one hour north of Chicago), I have lived in Texas for nearly 45 years. After living in Houston the majority of that time, I sold my 1,900-square-foot home and gave away my furniture. I now live high atop a "hilltain" — it's higher than a hill, but not quite a mountain — in a remote rural corner of the Texas Hill Country in a tiny handmade house that my husband and I built with our own four hands.
I am a retired professional graphic designer with a BFA in Fine Arts and have been sewing and creating needlework for more than 62 years. My mom taught me the basics of knitting, crocheting, and sewing when I was very young, but I am mostly self-taught. Over the years, I have earned the coveted title of TKGA Master Hand Knitter, became a Craft Yarn Council of America certified knitting instructor, and completed the Crochet Guild of America Master of Advanced Crochet Stitches and Techniques program.
As a perfectionist by nature, I hold myself to very high standards. If I am not pleased with the final outcome of a project, you won't find it in my shop. All of this means you can expect a well made product — one that has uniform stitches and with all of the loose ends securely woven into the work — that has been created with pride from high quality materials.
How did the name Barking Dog Designs originate? The name is a spin-off from Barking Dog Graphics, the name of my graphic design studio, which was named in honor our cocker spaniel, Georgette. In her role as the official receptionist and greeter, she woofed and eagerly wagged her tail at everyone who came to the door.
At the suggestion of my youngest daughter, I became an Etsy seller more than fourteen years ago.
