Nothing Compares to Good Dog
In my early teens, I got the very first dog of my own an English Springer Spaniel. I scrimped and saved literally every penny I could get my hands on to buy my first puppy. I showed up at the breeder's house with mostly bags of coins. She was such a sweet woman she did not even bother to count it. She got me into showing dogs. I had always loved dogs but showing had me completely and utterly hooked on them.

To ensure you receive your order in time for the 2021 gift giving season place your order early. Please take into consideration that I fill customer orders on a first come first served basis and the turnaround time for each item.
I encourage everyone to completely read my shop policies before placing an order to help avoid any misunderstandings. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask, I am here for you.
Keep in mind that handmade items by their nature will have slight variances, so no two items will be completely identical. That is what makes handmade pieces so special. For complete transparency I want customers know that though I thoroughly love crating art even I need a break, which means weekends, holidays, and on occasion other days (e.g. illnesses, birthdays, and special events) I reserve as my days off. All orders will be filled during business days.
My shop policies are rules that I follow, however, they are not all etched in stone. Should an issue arise that I feel would be best benefited by me bending my rules I would not be averse to doing so. (For example accepting payment after the official due date.)

Returns and exchange details
Please contact me if your item(s) arrives damaged, not as described, or you do not receive your package. I will do what I can within reason to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Upon receiving your purchase if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied contact me immediately and I will do what I can to make it right. Please note that the buyer may be responsible for all shipping costs for items returned or exchanged, with the exception of items "not as described".
EU International Buyers --
To comply with EU law all EU buyers have 14 days upon receiving your order to return any items, with the exception of Custom-made orders which are not returnable. EU buyers will receive refunds within 14 days upon receiving returned orders.
Payment
I ask that I receive your online payment within 4 days from the order date. I understand that there may be times you find something you just cannot live without but payday is not until the end of the week. If you find yourself in this predicament, contact me ahead of time so I can give you my OK.

Shipping
Combined shipping is always available unless stated otherwise.
I do my best to offer the lowest shipping prices possible for both my US and International customers based on the USPS rates. When appropriate, items are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority or Flat Rate Priority. If you need other shipping services please contact me prior to placing your order.
Delivery Conformation is included in the shipping price to the USA.
Small to medium sized orders are shipped in a new padded envelop. Medium to large sized orders are shipped in either a new USPS Priority Flat Rate padded envelop/box or recycled box. If needed recycled cushioning materials will be used. Using recycled materials is not only environmentally friendly but also helps to cut down on shipping costs. When appropriate new boxes &/or other new packaging materials will be used.
Nearly all orders are Made-to-order which can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days per item to make. Occasionally I may have certain items in-stock. In-Stock orders are shipped out within 4 days of cleared payment.
I want you to receive your item(s) quickly and process your order as fast as I can. Unfortunately, there can be some delays that are just beyond my control (weekends, holidays, slow carriers, bad weather, custom holdups, etc.). If you experience a delayed order you are more then welcome to contact me and I will do my best to locate it. Once USPS has your package please be aware that each of their shipping methods have different delivery speeds.
I charge for shipping & handling, this helps to cover the costs of all packing material, labor, printer ink & paper, gas & time to the post office, etc. I do not unfairly inflate shipping charges. If I find that you were over charged for shipping, which can occur on occasion, as some combined shipping costs are only estimates, I will issue a refund.
You will receive an email notify you when I have mailed your order.

Please note that the supplies (such as jewelry findings, etc.) used to make my handmade items may vary slightly due to available supplies. In most cases you won't even know the difference.

Frequently asked questions
I love your crate tags but I don't own a crate do you have any other suggestions on how it can be used?
As a matter of fact, yes I can! I have customers that have hung them on the wall or other places from a hook. If you use one of those suction cup hooks, you can hang it on a window and many other places.
How do I get the wood tag from your TAG-A-LONG crate tag engraved since you don't do personalizing?
If you or someone you know has a wood burning tool, you could use that. For a low-tech and cheaper idea, you could use a wood paint pen. My last idea that may work is to get one of those engraved metal dog tags found at most pet stores. I checked out one of my dog's old town tag and it fits easily onto the crate tag. The only issue with it is there is a possibility the balance may be off. Should that happen try using the wood tag along with the metal tag.
Can you use the crate tags as a keychain?
I would not recommend that as the plastic canvas hanger won't hold up to that kind of abuse. Instead try my key chains! If you do not see them listed please inquire about them.
What does "Made to order" mean?
I will make that particular item once you purchase it. Nearly all hand stitched items are Made-To-Order, on average most take anywhere from 1 to 6 days per item to make. My heart and soul goes into every item so I will not rush to produce at the expense of making a quality item. Occasionally I may have certain Made-To-Order items in-stock. You are more than welcome to ask if an item is in stock. In-Stock items ship out quicker then Made-To-Order items.
I did not find my dog breed in your listings, can you help me?
Yes I can! There is a good possibility I that I do make your breed of dog but just do not currently have it listed. However, if I do not have that dog I can create a pattern for it, I'm always happy to add a new breed to the list of dogs I make. In either case contact me and I can help you.
