Orders within Australia are shipped Express within 7 working days of receiving payment.
We are located in Sydney Australia, so please allow time for overseas delivery.
All items come in a barton&bell gift bag.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given unless item is faulty. Items may be returned within 10 days of receiving for an exchange or credit only.
No Refund or exchange given on earrings for hygiene reasons.

barton&bell reserves the right to refuse any order.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with barton&bell tags attached and gift bag included.
Should you wish to return an item you are required to contact barton&bell for a Return Authorization Number. For a RAN please contact us on info [!at] bartonandbell.com with your order number, product information and
reason for returning.
Upon receipt of the product by barton&bell we will credit you the purchase price for the product/s, less any shipping costs.
The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by barton&bell and may take up to 14 days for you to be credited.
Upon receipt of returned goods, barton&bell reserves the right to deny refund if the product/s does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned product/s are non-refundable.
Please note that you must provide proof of purchase from the barton&bell Online store in the way of order receipt or email confirmation.
Returns can not be made to a barton&bell stockist.
An RAN number should be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. You are then required to return your item(s) within 5 days of receiving this number.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
