I am a self taught jewelry artist who lives in the midwest, close to Chicago. Some may not like it here because of the cold winters, but I love it as it is my HOME. I am a wife, a mother, and a creator. I have many dreams for my jewelry fashion career and they are slowly but surely coming to life because of you!

It's the Holiday Season!! We are in full swing over here with preparing and sending out your sparkly gifts.

SOME REMINDERS:
-I'm crazy about recycling so I dislike using up too much paper goods and usually pack pieces together. If you are ordering more than 1 gift and you want certain items individually boxed, please write a note at checkout.
-If you need to have it shipped to another location, please be sure to double check your shipping destination at checkout. If you are too late with figuring this out, please message me asap.
-Due to the high volume in orders during the holidays, allow 1-2 weeks. ((get your shopping done sooner than later ;)) I will work my hardest to make sure orders are arriving on time for Christmas.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Returns and exchanges on stock items can be made within 14 days or 20 days (for international customers) of when you received your purchase. Eligible items must be undamaged and unworn to be exchanged or returned for a full refund minus shipping cost. If damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged item in order to get a full refund or a new piece if available.

I will notify you via email of your refund once I have received and processed the returned item.

As for custom orders and jewelry boxes, we will do our best to send you pictures of your piece you wanted before we ship it out. Once you okay the picture of your piece and it is shipped out, there are no refunds or exchanges.

It is very important to me that you are 100% happy with your purchase!
Payment
Payments are accepted via Paypal and Direct Checkout. Both are very easy, safe and convenient.
Shipping
Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS first-class shipping

Most orders are shipped within 3-4 days of purchase. May take longer if it's a busy time of the year or you are placing a larger order.

International orders are shipped via International Registered Priority Mail which usually takes 7 to 25 days to be delivered worldwide. Please be aware that it varies by country and can take even longer during busy times of the year.

It is the responsibility of the BUYER to know their countries import restrictions/taxes. Bashful Owl is not responsible for any import fees of any kind.

Refund is not possible if delivery was unsuccessful because of wrong address provided or not picking up order in time from the post office.
Additional policies and FAQs
-For custom orders:
1. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Custom orders should not take me too long, but that depends on the order and quantity. Please just message me and we will make it work. =)
2. I will do my best to send you pictures of your piece you wanted before I ship it out. Once you okay the picture of your piece and it is shipped out, there are no refunds or exchanges.

-The balance of your payment is due when the item is completed.

- Please consider giving me feedback, when you have the item! I hope you feel happy with my work and let me know of it.

- If you are unhappy with your purchase, I would be happy to personally hear from you via message or email and we can work out the problem.

-I have 3 babies.. 2 of them are dogs, so if you are allergic to pets, please think about it before buying from my shop.

-My home is smoke free!

-Due to any extraordinary circumstances, I have the right to refuse selling to any buyer.
