Bashique is known for fast shipping, fair prices, great customer service, and honest listings with accurate descriptions! All items are intuitively chosen, charged with Reiki Energy (unless customer requests to forgo this blessing) and packaged with loving care. I also send distant Reiki twice a month to former customers for up to a year after purchase.

I work with wholesalers whose stones are ethically sourced. The main wholesaler I work with sets standards for purchasing such as sourcing locally, buying from small scale miners, and those who have hand gathered the stones and then tumbled. My communication with my sellers is clear. The stones must be ethically sourced ~ which includes both human rights and not tainting the environment. I am assured that the working environment is safe and those who process the stones are paid a living wage.

Please check back often as we will be adding new items frequently! We purchase from our wholesalers throughout the year and we also are busy creating items for the shop, so we always have something new. Also feel free to contact me with inquiries and requests as much of our store's inventory is not yet listed on Etsy.

Be sure to read the detailed description for each item to learn more about the composition and the metaphysical properties. Crystals and Crystal Healing are my passion and I love sharing my knowledge with others.

Also please read the description for sizes, thickness/thinness, and quality. Small stones are under 3/4", medium are between 3/4 and 1", large are 1" to 1 1/2", and XL are 1 1/2" or over. XXL Large are generally around 2 inches and palm stones are usually between 2 1/2-3 inches. But please read each description as these sizes can vary from stone to stone.

Please note that some stones may be thin and long, some may be flat, some may be chunky. I try to note this in the description. If you need a certain size, shape, or color, please contact me and I will do my best.

Grade B are lower grade stones, so if you order one of these, please do not expect the quality of the Grade A. Grade B stones may have chips, nicks, grooves or gashes. They may lack the markings of grade A, have fewer lines or speckles, or may contain different colors than the grade A. The metaphysical properties are still intact.

Orders are sent out daily, however, weekends and holidays will slow down the processing. Items ordered on Saturday, or Sunday will be sent out the next business day.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for items which are damaged in transport. This is between the buyer and the USPS. Right now the USPS is still experiencing some delays. Please be patient if your tracking shows "in transit." If the tracking shows that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local postal carrier. I cannot tell you anything more than the tracking shows. If your item has been "in transit" for longer than two weeks for a domestic purchase, I can contact the USPS to do a missing mail search.

Returns are only allowed if they are sent back in the same condition as they were originally purchased. Buyer must pay return shipping. We will refund the cost for the item which is returned, less the shipping costs. We are not usually always able to process cancellations as we ship out items within 24 hours of ordering, and if I am currently working on the shop- we might print the shipping immediately upon receipt of the order.

Who Pays Shipping for Returns?

The buyer will pay shipping both ways for returns. I will gladly refund the buyer for the item when I receive it back in unused condition.

Who is responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items?

Once the package leaves our hands, the care of that package is in the hands of the USPS. We entrust that the USPS will deliver the items to the buyer in a timely manner and in good condition. You may follow the tracking number for information on delivery. Unfortunately, if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, there is not much we can do. The responsibility for delivery is that of the USPS and any issues with them is between the buyer and USPS.
