If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and refunds or exchanges may be issued on a case by case basis. If the item is shipped and you have simply changed your mind, refunds will not be issued. There are no refunds on custom orders or deposits for those orders as we know you understand that a lot of work and time goes into crafting custom orders. If for any reason an item gets lost in transit, please contact BasilicusJones and we will do our best to replace the item. Our main concern is your happiness with our products and policies.

BasilicusJones accepts all major credit cards via Etsy direct checkout and paypal. Once you checkout payment is expected within 24 hours. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, as most items are made to order.

All items are shipped via USPS with added delivery confirmation. Once an order ships, you will be emailed with the delivery confirmation number which can be tracked at the US Postal Service's website, USPS.com. Should you need expedited shipping or added insurance, please contact us PRIOR to checking out and we can quote you the final price.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customers are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties or import fees garnered by shipping to the customer's country of residence. BasilicusJones will not and can not be held responsible for fees that may be accrued.

Custom orders are always welcomed and appreciated. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can start your order and have it shipped out quickly. The simple nature of our products will lead to slight differences in the product pictured and those sent. Some items are not exactly as pictured (place card holders, napkin rings) but will be just as beautiful.
