I am very happy with the sweet necklaces I purchased from Rachel. They arrived promptly and I am delighted.

Very poor quality. Reminiscent of dollar tree, but paid almost 30$ 🙄🙄....0/5 stars. Clasp broke first day. Do not buy.

While I do not have a photo because the time is yet to arrive where my wife unboxes the locket, I can already tell it's incredible. Rachael assisted me above and beyond with questions and help I needed about and for this product. The communication I had couldn't have been any better. She provided extra stones for the emergency where mine fall off and the extra for the packaging was well worth it. It is packaged beautifully. I can't wait to give this to my wife for our anniversary and to share with her how, Because of Rachel, I was able to make this wholly special. Thank you in a thousand words. Lena

This necklace and locket came just in time for Christmas and my mother loved it. The item was thoughtfully wrapped and the quality was great. I did take off one star because shipping was done through USPS and it took 16 days but Rachel was really helpful in tracking the package and offered a full refund if I needed too buy another gift and return this locket.
