History and Handcraftsmanship
This business grew out of a love for history and hand craftsmanship. Nearly all cultures throughout the ages have made and used baskets for daily use and storage. Basketry is also an art form with endless possibilities for creativity and self expression. How can one argue with beautiful and useful at the same time?
In order to keep the basket weaving tradition alive, I welcome the opportunity to work with small groups in South Eastern Wisconsin, to teach beginning basketry. Selling on Etsy and at educational events helps me to continue to travel and promote basket weaving.

How will my items be packaged?
We do our best to protect items during shipping.
If a damaged basket is received please contact us within 5 business days.
Attic Treasures Basketry does not ship items using bubble wrap or packing peanuts. We do recycle whenever possible in keeping with our "green" policies.
Why is my cost of shipping so high?
Baskets are a light weight item, however the size of the packaging is a greater determining factor. We carefully package all items by hand to insure everything arrives unharmed. We will refund excess shipping if we feel the overage is greater than $3.00.
Do you ship outside the USA?
At this time we do not.
