This is a short summary of my shop policies. I want you to enjoy the experience of buying from me, and have tried to keep things simple. Thank you for looking at my shop!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Returns are only accepted if items are damaged or faulty. I cannot take any responsibility for items lost in the post, I will keep a receipt for your item and follow things up with Royal Mail if this happens.
Payment
I mainly like to use Paypal, however if you are in the UK you may send me a cheque or postal order. However I think most of you will agree that Paypal makes things easier (and quicker!) for both parties.

I would prefer it if you paid within 48 hours of purchasing, although if this isn't possible please contact me and perhaps we can work out an alternative arrangement.
Shipping
I ship as soon as possible, if an item is a custom order please check the listing for lead times. Currently I ship within 3 days of payment.

International postage is sent using airmail, this is not insured unless requested, in which case I will work out any additional shipping charges.
UK post is first class Royal Mail.

I try to package items securely, if you are buying cards or textile art, your piece will be sent in a rigid envelope.

The buyer is responsible for any international customs charges incurred.
