The bracelet arrived today! ;) You wrapped it up beautifully, it felt like unwrapping a birthday present! It is exactly how I imagined and hoped it would look, so thanks for posting such a good liking picture! I will wear it, together with my other lovely moonglow bracelets, a lot this summer! 6% sales tax charged for Maryland customers.
I package and ship goods daily in order to ensure the deliveries are as quick as possible.

Shipping methods vary according to size, weight, and fragility of object. Most items are shipped USPS priority or first class mail, unless otherwise noted. If you prefer another shipping service (UPS, Fed Ex, or Express Mail) additional charges may apply. Please contact me for arrangements.

If you wish to have a required signature confirmation, please let me know when you complete the transaction. Any other packaging and shipping requests should be made at time of purchase.

I will pay for shipping insurance for all glass, china, and ceramic items over $25.00. If you wish to purchase insurance for other items, please let me know at the time of the purchase.

I appreciate knowing that you have received your purchase and that everything is in good order. Please notify me of any delays or problems as soon as possible so that we can work out a solution.

International shoppers are welcome. International shipping for items over $10.00 will be done via USPS Priority Mail for more reliable service and delivery. If you prefer another less expensive option, such as First Class Mail International, we are happy to work with you. Please note, we cannot track shipments made through first class mail and the buyer will assume the liability for any items lost in shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unless otherwise noted, returns are accepted within three days of receipt of purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible.

Refunds will be credited via Pay-Pal upon the safe return of the item. I am unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

I recommend that buyers purchase shipping insurance for return shipments on fragile or expensive items.
