Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders may not be returned, cancelled or refunded unless there is a defect in workmanship or damaged. But I want you to be completely happy with your order. Please discuss with me via the conversation feature of Etsy before initiating a return of this nature.
Sizing details
Please include ring, bracelet or any other sizing details in the "instruction to seller" section during checkout. If you are unsure of your ring or bracelet size, please use the conversation feature of the Etsy website to contact me prior to ordering.
Care instructions
Caring for your Metal and Gemstone jewelry is easy! Just follow these general guidelines.
Always remove your jewelry before bathing, showering, swimming or sleeping.
Never use toothpaste or other abrasives to clean your jewelry.
Store your jewelry pieces separately; I enclose a plastic bag which will delay tarnishing and help with tangling in your storage.
Put jewelry on last after hairspray, lotion, perfume.
If your jewelry needs polishing, use a jewelry care cloth (Sunshine brand or Blitz brand are two examples) which are specifically made to put a gentle shine on your jewelry without damage. They are widely available online and at General retail shops.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All purchases are shipped boxed and appropriate for giving.

What is your time limit on returns?
