I LOVE my new logo! I didn't know exactly what I wanted, and Pam took the time to get to understand my likes/dislikes and came up with a beautiful design. I can't wait to get started on the collateral project with her!

All orders must be PAID IN FULL prior to: printing and shipment of prints, stationery, vintage, etc.; emailing of digital/printable files; customizing premade logo designs, or custom graphic design work commencing. Drafts can not be provided prior to purchase and are considered initial designs presented to customers after purchase has been made, and work has commenced.
Shipping
PRINTS & PRODUCTS:
When shipping product, we ship via USPS first class mail in the U.S. and USPS First Class International and try to provide our customers with the least expensive shipping method available. If you require an upgrade in shipping, please convo us and we're happy to put a listing up to cover increased shipping costs.

Business Branding such as logos, business cards, letterhead designs are digital items and all files are sent directly to your email. If the email you want your files sent to is different from the email associated with your etsy account, please indicate that in notes to seller. We will notify you after email shipment of your purchase has been made.
Refunds and Exchanges
PRINTS & PRODUCTS:
If your item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you to make things right by either offering a full refund (including shipping) or replacement if one is available. A photo of the damaged product may be required to initiate the refund process.

LOGOS & GRAPHICS:

PREMADE LOGO DESIGN:

* There is no refund for premade logo design purchases once they have been customized for your business and files have been sent to you.
a. please include the name you want to appear on your customized premade logo in 'notes to seller' at check out.
b. turnaround time-frame for your logo commences when your purchase is received with your business name indicated in notes to seller section at checkout, WITHIN studio business hours (Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm Eastern Standard Time). If your purchased is received after business hours, your turnaround time-frame commences on the next business day.
c. if you make changes to the name to appear on your logo, before the design customization has begun, your turnaround time-frame commences from receipt of that information (again, during business hours or next business day if beyond studio business operating hours). If you make changes to the name to appear on your premade logo, after design customization has begun it will incur an additional charge.
d. please remember that premade logo designs offer a 'budget-friendly' option for professional logo design. Changes included with a premade logo are indicated in each listing. Beyond the changes outlined, are covered by add ons in the shop whether it be color, font, and minor adjustments. Major adjustments to premade logos are not offered.
e. premade logos, unless indicated as OOAK, or unless exclusivity add on is purchased in addition to premade logo and prior to anyone else purchase the logo, will be sold again.


CUSTOM LOGO DESIGN, BRANDING PACKAGES, COLLATERAL DESIGN:

Due to the nature of graphic design purchases (i.e. premade logos, custom logos, business cards, letterhead, web graphics, etc.)., we are unable to offer a full refunds. As I'm sure you'll understand, a lot of time, energy, heart and soul are put into business branding and all graphic design purchases and they (other than premade logos) include revisions as part of the process to get to your final logo.

However, if you are unhappy with the INITIAL design concepts provided to you, and you communicate your desire for a refund within 24 hours of receiving the initial concepts, a 50% refund can be issued.

If changes need to be made to the logo during the design process, but after initial designs have been incorporated into basic branding board, it will incur an additional charge to cover the time it takes to make those changes. If you require additional revisions beyond the three rounds included in your purchase, it will incur an additional charge. Please indicate you are interested in and plan to purchase additional revisions before your logo files are finalized. If logo files have been finalized and then more revisions are required, that will also incur additional charges. Logo Revision (prior to finalization files) and Logo Revision (after finalization of files) add ons can be purchased in the graphic design section of our shop, or I can create a custom listing for you. .

AFTER 30 DAYS:
If I have not had a response or communication from you in more than 30 days, during any part of the process after your purchase, your project will be considered complete/ finished, null & void. No refunds will be issued, unless there are extenuating circumstances that you have discussed with me prior.

CUSTOM LOGO DESIGN PROCESS:

Please be sure to communicate thoroughly throughout the design process. It essential to achieving the results you desire. My mission is to create designs that speak to you and your business and I work very closely with my clients to ensure they are happy with the end result. Revisions are built into each listing as part of the process. Sometimes logos are just right for a client at the initial design concept stage, other times they may require tweaking and adjustments to a design to get it just right for my clients. Logo design and branding design is a process. Your initial logo design concepts are presented on a basic branding board which includes logo, logo mark, font, color palette, and pattern to give you a better idea of how your logo can work as a piece of your overall branding.

Upon your purchase of a listing:

* I will email you a Creative Style Brief Questionnaire. The commencement of your design project depends on #1- my receipt of your answers to the questionnaire #2. the project start date listed in shop and confirmed with me at the time of your purchase. Start Date is listed in the shop header and I do my best to update it on a daily basis as it is ever changing due to influx of projects. It is client's responsibility to confirm that start date with me prior to purchase if it is of concern. Official start date is whichever date comes later: the start date listed in the shop at the time of your purchase, or the receipt of your creative brief answers.

*The studio is OPEN ON BUSINESS DAYS ONLY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 9am to 5pm Easter Standard Time. Turnaround time-frames are given in BUSINESS DAYS. If your creative brief is received back after studio hours, your start date will be the next business day unless start date listed in shop at time of purchase was later. I begin design work when I receive your creative brief back, but also like to speak with my clients to get even more information about their business.

After initial designs are presented on the basic branding board, you will then:

* Choose the ONE design you want to move forward with, revisions will be made if necessary (3 rounds of revisions/changes to the chosen design) are included in custom logo and branding package purchases. Third round is the final round included and is used to finalize the logo.

* Revisions are changes such as color, font, placement, spacing, etc. rather than a new illustration or nearly new illustration. If you would like a new illustration, it is certainly possible. Please inquire as to pricing.

* If you want to keep your project moving forward and stay at the top of the design board, reply within 4 business days. Beyond that time-frame, other projects on the schedule will take precedence and move up the board, and it may add time to the turnaround of your project. I do my very best to deal with and work with each client and project IN ORDER to keep the process fair to all of my clients.

* Each round of revisions SHOULD INCLUDE A WRITTEN/BULLETED LIST OF CHANGES you want made to the design. Be as CLEAR AND SUCCINCT as possible. As indicated above, revisions will be made to the ONE design you choose to move forward with, not to multiple designs. Of course, you have the option of having changes done to multiple designs but it will incur additional charges as it is beyond the of the initial listing.

*If you require a phone consult to review any changes to be made (in place of or in addition to bulletted revision list) this is possible, but will incur additional charges for time involved and will be billed at an hourly rate $55 per hour.

PLEASE KEEP THESE THINGS IN MIND:

-During this creative process, please remain open even if you have 'something' in mind. I have been working with and creating designs for small business people for 20+ years and my goal is to create effective designs that will help you grow your brand and business. I do my best to communicate why a certain design might be better.

-Keep 'check-ins' regarding your designs to a minimum during the turnaround time-frame outlined, as each response to a client I have to initiate takes time from not only your project, but others as well.

-Turnaround times given are my best estimates and I try very hard to stick to them. However, sometimes forces beyond my control can add to the that time-frame and when it does I do my best to communicate honestly with my clients.

- I am a one woman studio and there is only so much time in one day. I do my very best to treat each client and project with the attention they deserve.

PRINTS:
If you are purchasing a print, keep in mind that every monitor displays colors differently and that there may be variations in the colors that you see on your screen and the actual print. Note that the colors of the actual print are as the artist intended

LOGOS & GRAPHICS:
Generally, turnaround for custom logos, business cards, letterhead and graphic design is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS from when I receive your creative brief back or from the starting date listed in shop header at the time of your purchase and confirmed with me- whichever is later. The creative brief is a questionnaire I send to you upon purchase that directs the design process. However, since design is an ever evolving process, and there are multiple projects on the board at any given time, it sometimes takes longer than expected. I do my best to adhere to the time frame initially discussed with clients, but if things change I do my best to communicate that my clients.

******Clients are responsible for things on their end that delay the process and extend the time frame.******

Three revisions are included in custom logo design listings. If you require additional revisions beyond those included in your purchase, they can be purchased in the graphic design section of our shop, or I can create a custom listing for you to do so as well.

Initial logo designs are presented on a basic branding board which includes your logo, logo mark, font, palette, and pattern.

Collateral treatment boards are also available as an add on, and include your initial designs shown incorporated onto sample collateral like business cards, portfolio, and signage to give you a better idea of how your logo will look in use. This add on is a wonderful way to gain a more detailed visual understanding of the design and how it can work to brand your business. Subsequent revisions ARE NOT presented on a branding boards in deference to the amount of work it takes to create them, expediency in presenting revisions and in order to keep the process moving forward. However, if you would like to see your logo on a branding board during the revision rounds, they are are available in the add on section of the shop. ***Also note, that unless you have purchased additional collateral as an add on or part of a branding package, the design examples included in branding boards are merely that- examples of what your logo will look like applied to different media. The designs are not yours to copy or use unless purchased as part of your listing.

After initial designs are presented, you will then choose the ONE DESIGN you want to move forward with, and revisions will be made if necessary. Three revisions rounds are included in custom logo design listings. If you require additional revisions beyond those included in your purchase, they are available in the graphic design section of our shop, or I can create a custom listing for you to do so as well.

Revisions are a list of changes/edits to the existing design you have chosen to move forward with, not the creation of a new design. Each round of revisions should include a WRITTEN bulleted list of changes you'd like to see to the logo design. If you need to review your changes/revisions via telephone, and it should be preceeded by the bulleted list. If calls go beyond 15 minutes, you will be billed at the hourly rate of $55. Be AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE in your bulleted list about your desired changes/edits. Keep in mind, as indicated above, revisions will be made to the ONE design you choose to move forward with, not to multiple designs. Of course, you have the option of having changes done to multiple designs, but it will incur additional charges.

If you change your mind about the design direction outlined in your creative brief in the midst of the project, you can do so, but understand that it will incur additional 'custom logo' charges and lengthen the time frame of your project.

Please understand that I am working with multiple clients at any given time and I do my best to work in a progressive order of how projects/revisions are purchased/received to be as fair and do my best work for each client.
