Returns and exchanges
A message needs to be sent to me explaining the issue and we will work toward a resolution. A refund for your item will be given to you if there is a defect and will only be given upon the return of the product to me. Your refund will be for your item only, and not the shipping costs. Scraves and any other items worn will not be accepted for refund due to health safety.
Payment
I request IMMEDIATE payment! If you know you will not be able to pay directly after purchase, please let me know first and I will simply reserve the listing until you are ready to pay. I take paypal, which takes credit and/or debit cards, concealed cash through the mail, personal or cashiers checks, or money orders. If youre not paying with paypal, I will not send your item until I have recieved the payment and it has cleared if it is a check/money order.
Shipping
If the order is custom, upon completion of your purchase, I usually ship out within 2 business days. Your purchase will be shipped through USPS, international orders will take more time. I try to go to the Post Office Monday, Wednesday and Friday, however, if you need your package faster let me know and we can arrange faster shipping methods with a price alteration. Also, most of my items are made to order, so please allow your time for your order to be made and shipped.
