Payment
Paypal is my preferred method of payment.
I appreciate immediate payment, but you have up to 3 business days to complete your purchase.

In certain cases (such as Alchemy requests) I may accept Money Orders or Personal Checks.
Shipping
I try to ship as quickly as possible, but do remember that unless otherwise stated in the item description, I make your item just for you. Hand-made works take several days to complete, so it does take me a few days to get your item to the mail.

My standard shipping option is USPS Mail, but you could upgrade to USPS Priority Mail if you'd like to get your item faster.

When shipping internationally I use USPS Global Priority Mail.

I combine shipping on orders with multiple products (the discounted rate will show on PayPal).
Refunds and Exchanges
Generally I do not accept returns on my merchandise. This is because most of the time I create each item to be unique, and once someone has purchased something, it is near impossible to resell. I try my best to accurately depict each item with photos and detailed text descriptions so you can better see exactly what you're getting.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, PLEASE contact me. While I can't guarantee a return, I will try my best to fix the situation, and try to leave you as a satisfied customer. If something gets to you damaged in the mail, please take a photo of the packaging as well as a photo of the damaged item.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most of my items are created by hand. While I carefully handpick all of my material, because things are handmade there is a chance of slight variations in design and patterns. Variations make your item unique!
