My story - From traditional vintage textile and graphic artist to collector!

Welcome to my shop- take a comfy seat, grab a cup of coffee! -
I am a former art director and a accredited art historian.
I have been a traditional artist ever since I can remember - spending many hours as a child drawing, painting, crafting... I have been knitting, crocheting and sewing since the age of about 10!
In the many years I have amassed quite a collection - since I work with antique quilts and vintage buttons and notions... for my other etsy site - http://www.etsy.com/shop/queenartist (shameless plug here) and a house can only hold so much!
I opened 'Baubles' up in 2009. Here is where you will find a huge selection of my favorite items... buttons, beads, charms, sequins, miniature tiny natural shells, feathers, jewelry destashing and even my Mom's old jewelry box from the 1950's!
All in order to help the crafting world become more creative!
I can't help getting exited over a mason jar of buttons found in an antique store, or even a dusty, faded tin from long ago... opened to reveal the surprises inside. What I don't use on my Quilty Critters then gets packaged and sold... cleaned if need be, but most of my finds are in MINT condition, never having been used by anyone. So please - stop by, relax, browse, and become acquainted with me! I'd love to know you! I especially love to know what other crafters and artists create.. so by all means, please send me appreciation photos!
