Thank you for shopping in our bead store! We are committed to customer satisfaction whenever possible. Ask us about any problem with your order and we will be happy to work with you to resolve it!
Payment is currently accepted via credit card through PayPal or Direct Checkout through Etsy.
We ship Monday-Thursday, and do our best to ship the day after receiving payment whenever possible. Only U.S. shipments can be insured, and insurance is recommended on high dollar orders. All U.S. orders over $100 will receive free shipping and insurance. Contact us before purchasing if you want insurance on orders less than $100. We ship U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority Mail. We will ship Express Mail at buyer's request and expense to U.S. locations only.
We use Etsy Shipping for all shipments. All buyers, including international, will receive email notification of shipment with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS........NOTE that we cannot control what happens regarding shipments outside the U.S.A. We cannot insure international shipments. By buying from our shop, you are agreeing that we will not be responsible should an international package get lost in shipment. Although an international package we've shipped has never been lost, if it does happen, we have no control over that.
Also, Sometimes it takes weeks for a package to arrive to some countries, and occasionally has taken several months to reach their destinations. If this happens, it could be the package is stuck in customs which is out of our control. Please keep this in mind when purchasing from our store.
Please do not ask us to lie on the Customs Form. We print our international postage directly through Etsy because it provides us with a cheaper price which is passed on to you. It also provides us with tracking information which we can't get if we buy postage directly from the Post Office. The value and type of item is automatically printed on your shipping label and we are unable to change it. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 2 weeks of purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped and with any gift box provided. No-hole pearl, coral and turquoise baggies must remain sealed to receive a refund. Any beads sold on-string must remain on-string to be refunded.
