Baumbirdy is the collaboration of Sarah and Carolyn, two professional stationers, who have combined their enthusiam and expertise into creating their unique invitations and paper goods. Baumbirdy focuses on combining both their unique approach and materials along with beautiful typography, to bring out the personalities of each and every couple in their designs.

Once you have purchased and placed your order, NO refunds can be made. Once the design process has begun, NO exchanges can be made. Once final print approval* is given, no changes, no exchanges, no refunds can be made.

PayPal accepted. All designs will not begin until full payment and all information / wording has been received.
Each item will be cared for and properly packaged for delivery upon completion. Each 'sample' order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days of completed purchase, unless otherwise noted. For invitation, programs and/or RESERVED for listings, ship out dates will be determined based on order, unless otherwise noted or discussed. Please note, our design process only begins, once payment is fulfilled and all accurate wording and information is forwarded onto us. Cake flag banners and circles will be shipped out within 4 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise noted. We use USPS for sample purchases and shop purchases. We use 2-5 day UPS Ground shipping for RESERVED and custom orders, unless requested otherwise, or for international shipments.
Additional policies and FAQs
Its our specialty. We will work together to make your wedding stationery beautiful and "you" Please allow 4-5 months time from your intended invitation mail out date for custom design. Shorter timelines can be made, for additional rush fees.

For custom map illustrations and designs, we must have all ACCURATE information in order to begin, such as: a screen capture or link to a 'google-style' map that shows all the main streets you will want included, a 'zoomed-in' view of a particular location(s) if necessary, special notes to include certain streets, intersections, high-ways, etc. that are particularly important to the function and accuracy of the map, and lastly, directions - if you would like to include.

Revisions - we will gladly encourage up to 2 rounds of proofs (over 2 rounds will result in a $30.00 charge per additional revision / proof round) that include adjust ing type size, color, misspellings and other details to your map - however if rather detailed changes, such as, locations and/illustrations need to be added and/or changed, once the design process has begun, we will charge accordingly a $75.00 redesign and layout fee.

Please note that our custom map layouts* are available in digital high-resolution PDF files for you to print yourself (paper not included).

We allow up to 2 rounds of proofs, anything over this will result in additional charges of $30.00 per additional round. Please note, if misspelling or mistakes are of our doing, revisions will not be included in the 2 round count nor be charged.

Revisions for our Comic designs - please make certain that the photo chosen to be illustrated into your comic, is a high-resolution photo and is to your liking. Once our design process and illustration process has begun, swapping or changing the originally designated and approved photo for another will result in a $45.00 re-illustration fee.

Please make sure when ordering invitations, programs, etc. that you allow and order at least 10-15% more then your count. Ordering extras will accommodate for last minute additions, lost correspondence and keepsakes / mementos. Re-ordering additional invitations/programs will require a minimum fee of $60.00. This is in addition to both the pricing of each additional item ordered and shipping/handing fees. Please note, that re-opening/printing completed orders requires, additional printing plates to be made and color matching (note: ink colors may differ from original to additional orders). Please also note, that timelines for additional items may vary - however, as always, we will do our best in accommodating your requests.

A minimum rush fee of $60 will be applied to all orders that are needed within a shorter timeline then discussed, unless otherwise noted. This fee does not apply to samples or cake flag banners or cake flag circles.
